ABOUT / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

My product background
makes me a stronger designer.

I help shape product concepts, determine what they should do, translate that direction into usable requirements and experiences, and stay close enough to the build to protect the details through release.

10+

years working on digital products,
including enterprise and mobile apps.

How my work
has evolved.

I’ve worked on financial services, healthcare, enterprise software, and mobile apps. More recently, at PocketPull and Longwood Labs, I’ve been shaping products around crypto, collectibles, gaming, and token-based economies.

PocketPull, DeFi Dungeons, and PetTopia were all zero-to-one builds that I’ve been part of from the beginning. At PocketPull, I lead product and design and submit frontend changes through pull requests. At Longwood Labs, I defined the connected product systems behind DeFi Dungeons with the team. With PetTopia, I took on the whole job myself, from the initial idea through mobile design, development, launch, maintenance, and marketing.

I use AI to broaden visual exploration and accelerate frontend implementation. I remain responsible for conceptualization, requirements, product rules, flows, hierarchy, interaction decisions, and the quality of the result in the working product.

HOW I APPROACH THE WORK

A few things
I try to do well.

Shape the concept.

Before committing to a feature, I clarify who needs it, the value it should create, and the constraints that should shape the product.

Write requirements people can use.

I translate direction into rules, states, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and working flows that design and engineering can act on.

Make the reasoning visible.

I explain the decision, the tradeoff, and what evidence could change the direction so product, design, and engineering can move together.

Follow through on the details.

I stay involved in implementation and iteration, including loading states, error messages, edge cases, and layouts that do not quite hold up.
