  • Own product strategy, conceptualization, requirements, roadmap, UX, and visual direction from inception, connecting pack opening, collecting, rewards, progression, and community features across desktop and mobile web.
  • Translate open-ended ideas into connected product mechanics, system rules, user journeys, interaction states, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for Seasons, quests, badges, levels, rewards, referrals, and guilds.
  • Unified levels, spendable points, quests, badges, and referrals in the Earn overview, giving collectors one place to understand progress, claim rewards, and choose their next action.
  • Create end-to-end flows, working prototypes, and interaction specifications for navigation, cards, modals, progression states, and responsive layouts; use AI to broaden visual exploration while retaining product and design judgment.
  • Carry concepts into the codebase using Codex to prototype and implement frontend UI, responsive behavior, and interactions; submit pull requests for engineering review and integration.
  • Own implementation QA and iteration, working with engineering on data dependencies, edge cases, and technical tradeoffs while correcting visual and interaction details in the working product.
